Wesley Cloete (born 8 February 1990) is a South African rugby union player, currently playing with the Border Bulldogs.[1] His regular position is prop.

Career

Youth

He played for the Border Bulldogs at the 2008 Craven Week tournament and later represented them in the 2011 Under-21 Currie Cup competition. He played in five of their matches in that competition, which saw the team win the Division B final and the promotion play-off which saw them promoted to Division A.

Border Bulldogs

His senior debut for the Border Bulldogs senior side came in the 2012 Currie Cup First Division season, when he started as the tighthead prop in the team's 11–33 defeat to the Falcons,[2] before quickly establishing himself as a first team regular during the 2012 Currie Cup First Division and 2013 Vodacom Cup seasons.
