Werner Zimmermann (born May 19, 1915) is a Swiss slalom and sprint canoer who competed from the mid-1930s to the early 1950s. As a slalom canoer, he won a bronze medal in the folding K-1 event at the 1949 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Geneva.

As a sprint canoer, he competed in two Summer Olympics. At the 1936 Summer Olympics, he finished sixth in the K-2 10000 m event. Twelve years later, he finished 11th in the K-2 10000 m event.
