Wendy Elizabeth Cook-Hogg (born September 15, 1956, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a former international freestyle swimmer from Canada. She competed in backstroke and relay events at the 1976 Summer Olympics, winning a bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metres medley relay. She also competed in backstroke and freestyle events at the 1972 Summer Olympics.
