Wei Miao was a military general of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. He exhorted emperor Sun Xiu that the powerful general and regent Sun Chen was probably planning treason when Sun Chen asked to be restationed outside the capital in 258. The notion that Sun Chen was disloyal to the emperor was already widespread.[1]
