Waupoos Island is a community in Ontario, located within the municipality of Prince Edward County. It is also known as Fleguel Island.

Wineries are found on the Waupoos. The climate is ideal for wine making and growing grapes. The nearest population centre to the Waupoos is the town of Picton.
