Waplewo [vaˈplɛvɔ] (German: Waplitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jedwabno, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Jedwabno, 17 km (11 mi) west of Szczytno, and 27 km (17 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
