Wang Tong (Chinese: 王彤; pinyin: Wáng Tóng; born February 12, 1993 in Shenyang, Liaoning) is a Chinese football player who currently plays for Shandong Luneng as a defender in the Chinese Super League.
Career

Wang Tong began his football career playing for the Shandong Luneng youth team where he impressed the clubs Head coach Branko Ivanković during a training session. He would then be included into the senior team where he made his senior league debut on October 31, 2010 in a match against Changsha Ginde in a 2-0 victory.[1]
