Wang Seng-wei, (traditional Chinese: 王勝偉; simplified Chinese: 王胜伟; pinyin: Wáng Shèngwěi; Wade–Giles: Wang2 Sheng4 Wei3; born April 1, 1984 in Taiwan), is a Taiwanese baseball player who currently plays for Brother Elephants of Chinese Professional Baseball League.[1] He currently plays as shortstop for the Elephants. In 2008 season, as a rookie, he gained the Stolen Bases Championship Award and was hit by the pitch 24 times, breaking CPBL single season high record.[citation needed]
