History
The station went on the air as WDOC-FM on 1979-04-03. Then on 1981-08-07, the station changed its call sign to the current WQHY.[2]
Former Staff
- Eric Larson, (2001–2002) is now operations director in Lexington, Kentucky.
- Jessica Sharp, (2003–2004) is now operations director for WSIP A-F in Paintsville, Kentucky.
- Dan Baisden, (2005–2006) is now operations director for WAJI in Fort_Wayne, Indiana.
