WOCQ (103.9 FM, "OC104") is an American radio station licensed to serve the community of Berlin, Maryland, with offices located in Georgetown, Delaware. Its tower stands 348 feet (106.1 meters) and is located in Whaleyville, Maryland. The station broadcasts a rhythmic contemporary music format branded as "OC104".

Programming

OC104 is home to The Hip-Hop Coffee Shop with Bill Baker "The Rumpshaker" & Kandie B airing weekday mornings. The Coffee Shop kicks off the show with The Mix at 6, and also features The Old School Mocha Mix. The Cappuccino Lounge rounds out the morning, a topical discussion in which the HHCS answers listeners' e-mails about everything from relationship issues to concerns of the community.

"The Queen Dee" Dee-Lite covers the mid-day with workday shout-outs, requests, and dedications. She hosts The Old School Lunch every weekday at noon, featuring Victorious Music's DJ Rhis.

Chubb Love brings listeners home during the afternoon drive, with continued shout-outs, requests and dedications, plus 3 The Hard Way, featuring DJ GQ, DJ Str8 Up, DJ Dnial, DJ Pressure, and DJ AJ. Tenacious The Tablist joins Chubb as he mixes up The Ride at 5, a back-to-back mix of top Hip-Hop and R&B hits. Also featured in the afternoon: Reviews From The Cutting Room Floor, a look at films of the past that left a lasting impression - and a bad taste in your mouth - not to mention Bilingual Bylines featuring Romina La Turca, a different view of the headlines of the day.

Lonnie Legend steps in Monday through Thursday nights, kicking off his show with The Hot 7 at 7, a countdown of the seven most requested songs of the day. He continues with The 8 O'Clock Mixdown, featuring DJ Tavonne Monday and Wednesday nights, and Tenacious The Tablist Tuesday and Thursday nights. The Cosign at 9 provides a platform for local artists, complete with interviews and music features.

OC104 is also home to Razor Sharp Radio on Friday nights with Victorious Music's DJ Tavonne, DJ Rhis, and DJ Rated R; Saturday nights with Tenacious The Tablist and The Freshness, followed by The Saturday Night Street Party with "The West Coast Big Shot" DJ Pressure; and Irie Vibes with Reggae Paul, every Sunday morning at 10.
