WNUZ (92.1 FM, "NOW 92.1") is a radio station licensed to serve the community of Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. The station broadcasts a Contemporary Hit Radio format for the Hagerstown, Maryland, area.
History
92.1 was previously the home of "The Pulse", a Contemporary format until 2006. "The Pulse" was "The Point" before that but with the same format, just a name change. From 1993 to 2005, "Star 92.1" with its Oldies format ruled the 92.1 airwaves. From 2005-2012, 92.1 was switched formats From Oldies to Classic Country branded as "Country Legends 92.1" with their call letters WPPT. On March 4th, 2012, WPPT changed their format from Classic Country to Contemporary Hit Radio, branded as "NOW 92.1" and changed their call letters to WNUZ.
