Susan Hall bought WLOV-FM in an FCC auction for $416,000, including a "new entrant bidding credit".[1] WLOV-FM signed on March 21, 2012, with no commercials or on-air personalities for its first 99 days. It will be part of the Black Crow group,[2] which includes WHOG-FM.[1]
