WKDS (89.9 FM) is a high school radio station broadcasting a rhythmic contemporary hits format. Licensed to Kalamazoo, Michigan, it first began broadcasting in 1983. It is run by Public Media Network, one of the largest Public Stations in the nation and is completely run by the students in the surrounding school districts.
