WEBO is an AM radio station licensed to Owego, New York. WEBO is also rebroadcast on FM translator W300BV at 107.9 MHz.

The station runs a hybrid adult contemporary and News Radio format branded as "News Radio 1330," operating on 1330 kHz. The station is owned by the Radigan Broadcasting Group, LLC, which is a Radigan family partnership; co-owner Dave Radigan is the station's president and general manager.

WEBO is the Binghamton, New York area's local affiliate of the CBS Radio Network. The station also broadcasts all NASCAR races through affiliations with Motor Racing Network (MRN) and the Performance Racing Network (PRN). The station also has a local news and sports bureau serving Tioga County and the Triple Cities of Endicott, Johnson City, and Binghamton. High School football, basketball, baseball, and softball are covered.

Syracuse University football and basketball has been broadcast since 2009.

WEBO provided six continuous hours of live coverage of the Binghamton shootings on April 3, 2009.

The station originally was granted an FCC license in 1958. WEBO broadcasts twenty-four hours per day. While the station was able to restore operations during the flooding caused by Tropical Storm Lee in 2011, its studios were condemned as a result of the flooding.
