Węgielnia [vɛŋˈɡʲɛlɲa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szypliszki, within Suwałki County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Lithuania.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Szypliszki, 11 km (7 mi) north-east of Suwałki, and 117 km (73 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
