Vysoké Studnice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈvɪsokɛːˈstuɟɲɪtsɛ]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.64 square kilometres (2.56 sq mi), and has a population of 381 (as at 15 May 2009).

Vysoké Studnice lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Jihlava and 122 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
