Vysočany is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.25 square kilometres (2.80 sq mi), and has a population of 117 (as at 3 July 2006).
Vysočany lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) north-west of Znojmo, 74 km (46 mi) west of Brno, and 156 km (97 mi) south-east of Prague.
