Vladan Jurica

Vladan Jurica (English: Vladan Yuritza [A]; d. April, 1465) was the chief quartermaster of the League of Lezhë-army and one of Skanderbeg's main advisors.[1][2] He is thought to hail from Gjoricë, present Bulqizë District.[3] During the Battle of Vaikal he was caught prisoner and sent to Constantinople where he was skinned alive and subsequently killed.[1]
