Vitaliy Buts (born 24 November 1986 in Mykolaiv) is a Ukrainian road bicycle racer who rides for the UCI Continental Kolss Cycling Team.[1] He has been riding since 1997 and turned professional in 2009 with the Lampre-NGC team.
