Vitali Yuryevich Ustinov (Russian: Виталий Юрьевич Устинов; born May 3, 1991) is a Russian football defender who plays for FC Rotor Volgograd.
He made his debut in the Russian Second Division for FC Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk on April 24, 2011 in a game against FC Volga Ulyanovsk.[1]
