Vitālijs Smirnovs (born 28 June 1986) is a Latvian footballer who plays for Virsliga club FK Ventspils.
After the 2008/2009 Virsliga season he was included in the Virsliga Team of the year.
He was called up to the national side for two friendly matches against South Korea and Angola in January and March 2010, but he made his debut for the national team in a friendly match against China on 17 November 2010.
