Viola Harris (born July 5, 1926) is an American actress known for roles in television, theater and film from the 1950s to the 2010s. She has appeared in a number of films including The Other Guys, Choke, and Deconstructing Harry, directed by Woody Allen. In 2010, Harris starred in the short film, The Secret Friend, directed by Flavio Alves. Harris received positive reviews for her role in the film. Phil Hall of Film Threat, who gave the film a positive score for example, argued that Viola Harris "truly deserves to be in the center of the spotlight."[1]

I worked with Viola and her husband Robert H Harris on 'Raisins and Almonds' a small review in London and out on tour in the UK in the 70's. Subsequently I stay with them for a few days in their home in Los Angeles. Ron Mullenger.
