Subramanyam Noharathalingam, commonly known as Vino Noharathalingam, is a Sri Lankan Tamil politician and Member of Parliament.
Political career
At the October 2000 parliamentary election Vino was elected to represent the Vanni District in Parliament.[1] He failed to get re-elected at the December 2001 parliamentary election but returned to Parliament at the April 2004 parliamentary election.[2] He was subsequently re-elected at the April 2010 parliamentary election.[3]
