Vinagrete

Vinagrete is a typical Brazilian condiment basically made of tomato, chopped onion, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and bell pepper. It usually accompanies salads, grilled meat, and roasted chicken.
It's similar to pebre and pico de gallo, spicy Chilean and Mexican condiments with similar ingredients.
