Vilva River (Russian: Вильва) is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, left tributary of Usva River. It starts on west foothills of Ural, near the border with Sverdlovsk Oblast. Flows to west and southwest. Flows into Usva in 4 km of its mouth, on area of town Chusovoy. The length of the river is 170 km. The area of its drainage basin is 3,020 km².

Etymology
Vilva and Usva confluence
Name of the river is composition of Komi-Permyak words ‘vil’ (new) and ‘va’ (water).
