Victor Mikhailovich Gusev (Russian: Ви́ктор Миха́йлович Гу́сев; IPA: [ˈvʲiktər mʲɪˈxajləvʲɪt͡ɕ ˈɡusʲɪf] ( listen), 1909, - 23 January 1944) wrote lyrics to accompany several patriotic Soviet military tunes, including Polyushko Pole.
