Vidar Helgesen

Vidar Helgesen (born 21 November 1968) is a Norwegian diplomat and politician for the Conservative party.

He served as Secretary-General of the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance from 2005 to 2013.[1] Since 2013, he has been Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Erna Solberg.
