Victor Manuel also known as Vic Manuel (born on June 18, 1987 in Philippines), is a Filipino professional basketball player who plays for the Air21 Express in the Philippine Basketball Association. After an amateur career with the Cebuana Lhuillier Gems in the PBA Developmental League.[1]
