Vestfold County Municipality (Norwegian: Vestfold fylkeskommune) is the regional governing administration of Vestfold, Norway. The main responsibilities of the county municipality includes the running of ten upper secondary schools with 8,500 pupils in addition to Skiringssal Folk High School.[1] It administrates the county roadways, public transport, dental care, culture and cultural heritage. The county council has 39 members, and since 2011, Chairman of the County Council is Per-Eivind Johansen of the Conservative Party. Chief administrative officer is Egil Johansen.[2] The administrative seat is located in Tønsberg.
