Vernonia cinerea (also known as Common Vernonia, Little Ironweed) is a species of perennial plant from Asteraceae family that can be found in most part of Asia.[1] It can be confused with Emilia sonchifolia, but the flower bracts of the latter are much longer and vase-shaped.
