Veritas Project

The Veritas Project is a Christian science fiction series of books written by Frank E. Peretti and targeted towards teenagers, veritas meaning truth.

The first book, Hangman's Curse, focuses on popular kids at a school who become suddenly sick and act very strangely. On all of the affected students' lockers, a hangman symbol is placed by a mysterious unknown person.

Overview

The Veritas Project is a government-funded team that investigates supernatural occurrences and crimes around the country. The team consists of a Christian family; Nate and Sarah Springfield, and their sixteen-year-old twins Elijah and Elisha.

Books

Currently, the only two entries in the series are Hangman's Curse (2001) and Nightmare Academy (2002).
