Vehova or Vehoa is a town and union council of Dera Ghazi Khan District of Punjab, Pakistan. The town is part of Taunsa Tehsil. [1] It is located in the south of Punjab at 31°7'58N 70°30'46E and has an elevation of 196 metres.[2] According to a study by the Asian Development Bank in 2006, a significant number of the people of Vehowa, along with similar areas of the Punjab bordering Balochistan, were living below the poverty line.[3]
