Veaceslav Negruţă is a Moldovan politician. He was the Minister of Finance in the First Vlad Filat Cabinet and in the Second Filat Cabinet as well.
Biography
Veaceslav Negruţă was born on March 4, 1972, in Delacău, Transnistria. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.[1]
