Varzaqan County (Persian: شهرستان ورزقان) is a county in East Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Varzaqan.[1] At the 2006 census, the county's population was 46,833, in 10,766 families.[2] The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Kharvana District. The county has two cities: Varzaqan and Kharvana.
