Variovorax ginsengisoli is a gram-negative, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped, motile bacterium from the genus of Variovorax in the family of Comamonadaceae which was isolated from soil from a ginseng field in Pocheon in South Korea.[3] Colonies of Variovorax ginsengisoli are yellowish colored.[4]
