The Variable Dwarf Kingfisher (Ceyx lepidus), also known as the Chameleon Dwarf Kingfisher, is a species of bird in the Alcedinidae family that is found in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, and Solomon Islands. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
