The Vancouver Stealth are a member of the National Lacrosse League, the professional box lacrosse league of North America beginning in the 2014 NLL season. They are based in Langley, British Columbia (part of the Metro Vancouver area), with home games played at the Langley Events Centre, in which they share with the Langley Thunder who plays in the Western Lacrosse Association. The Langley Events Centre arena has a maximum capacity of 5,276 people.
The team was previously known as the Albany Attack from 2000 until 2003, later the San Jose Stealth from 2004 until 2009 and most recently the Washington Stealth from 2010 until 2013.
On June 27, 2013, it was announced that the team was moving to Langley, British Columbia for the 2014 NLL season. [1]
