Valmorea is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km northwest of Milan and about 12 km west of Como. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,664 and an area of 3.2 km².[1]
Valmorea borders the following municipalities: Albiolo, Bizzarone, Cagno, Rodero, Uggiate-Trevano.
