Valmacca is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 km east of Turin and about 20 km north of Alessandria in an area of plain on the right of the Po River at the confluence of the Rotaldo and the Gattola. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,089 and an area of 12.6 km².[1]
Valmacca borders the following municipalities: Bozzole, Breme, Frassineto Po, Pomaro Monferrato, Sartirana Lomellina, and Ticineto.
