Valentine Rausch

Valentine "Val" Rausch is a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 4 since 2005.^[1] In 2012 Rausch was chosen by his peers to become the first Speaker of the House from District 4.

Rausch is a member of the American Legislative Exchange Council, ALEC, serving as South Dakota state leader.^[2]

Val Rausch also served as mayor of Big Stone City, South Dakota from 1993-1999.^[3]
