Valentina-Neli Ardean-Elisei (born 5 June 1982 in Focşani)[2] is a Romanian handballer who plays for HCM Baia Mare and the Romanian national team. She received a silver medal in the 2005 World Championship and was named left wing of the All-Star Team. She was again given this award in the 2008 European Championship.
