Vaishali is an elevated metro station located on the branch line of the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro in Ghaziabad. Newly constructed as part of a 2.57 km extension from Anand Vihar station, it was originally expected to open in March 2011.[1] However, after multiple delays, the station finally opened for passenger service on 14 July 2011.

The station is one of the busiest stations in Delhi. Parking facility is available on this station. Two-wheeled vehicles and cars are parked outside the station in huge numbers daily. The station serves the people residing in Vaishali, Indirapuram, Vasundhara and Sahibabad. As soon as the Metro service was started in Vaishali, the realty rates climbed at a high rate. This is the most busiest terminal stations among all the terminal stations like Noida City Centre, Huda City Centre, Badarpur, Dwarka, Dilshad Garden, Rithala, etc. [2][3][4][5]
