Víctor Hugo Ayala Núñez (born 1 January 1988 in Eusebio Ayala) is a Paraguayan football midfielder who currently plays for Club Atlético Lanús.
Ayala made his debut fot Club Libertad on 11 August 2009. He scored two goals in the 2010 Copa Libertadores.
