Ursula Yovich

Ursula Yovich is am Australian actress and singer. She received a Helpmann Award in 2007 for her performance in Capricornia and was nominated in 2005 for her performance in The Sapphires.[1] She has appeared in over 20 productions, including Capricornia, The Sapphires, Natural Life, Nailed, The Sunshine Club, Nathaniel Storm, and The Adventures of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie and Little Ragged Blossom[2][3][4][5] and in the films Jindabyne and Australia.[6][7] She was the subject of an episode of the SBS documentary series Blaktrax.[8] She is a member of The Black Arm Band. Her father, Slobodan Jovic, was a Serbian immigrant who anglicised his name to Stan Yovich.[9]
