Urmas Kruuse (born 14 July 1965 in Elva) is an Estonian politician. Since 26 April 2007 he is the Mayor of Tartu. 2002–2007 he served as the Mayor of Elva.[1]

Kruuse is member of the Estonian Reform Party.
