Urassaya Sperbund (Thai: อุรัสยา เสปอร์บันด์; RTGS: Uratsaya; born March 18, 1993 in Thailand) is a Thai/Norwegian model and actress.[1]

Biography

Urassaya Sperbund is half Thai/Norwegian.[2] She played the character Jeed in Duang Jai Akkanee with Nadech Kugimiya. Prior to filming,[3] she could only speak 30% of the Thai language as she attended an international school. After signing the contract with Channel 3, Yaya had to learn more Thai, thus receiving private language tutoring at home. In April 2012 she has been reported to speak Thai quite well but admittedly still has difficulty understanding some words.[3] Yaya Urassaya is currently studying at Chulalongkorn University in the Faculty of Arts (International program).[4]
