The University of Balochistan (popular as Balochistan University), is a public university located in the downtown area of Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.[1]
Founded in 1971, the university offers various academic programmes for undergraduate, post-graduate, and doctoral studies. Approximately ~6000 entrolled students currently attending the university, it ranked eleventh top institution in the "general category" by the HEC in 2013.[2]
