Univar Canada is the Canadian subsidiary of Univar and one of the largest industrial and agricultural chemical distributors in Canada. Founded in 1950, its corporate headquarters are located in Richmond, British Columbia.

Univar offers a wide range of chemical products from many of the world's top manufacturers to customers in many different industries, including chemical manufacturing, food and beverage, mining, oil and gas production, pest control, and pharmaceutical.
The Industrial division has 20 locations across Canada, including Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Dartmouth, and St. John's.[1]
Agriculture
Univar Agriculture focuses specifically on the agriculture industry exclusively and is a distributor of various types of seed, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm chemicals to independent retailers across the prairies. Univar Canada is one of Canada's largest dealers for companies such as Monsanto, Dow AgroSciences, Becker Underwood, BASF, and Syngenta. Its operations are based out of Winnipeg. In addition to the prairie provinces, the firm has operations in British Columbia and Ontario as well.[1]
Subsidiaries
Fort Storage Warehousing and Distribution provides third party warehousing and logistical services to clients as well as support to Univar. Fort Storage has warehouses in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Airdrie, and Guelph.[2] True North Specialty Products, which is based in Winnipeg, sells forestry management and vegetation control products to customers nationwide.[3]
