David Jeffries of Allmusic gave the album three and a half stars out of five and complimented the album's usage of popular songs and artists, saying it "proves the label's licensing department is willing to pony up the dough", and said that "while the mixing is sometimes exciting, often OK, and occasionally clumsy, the sequencing works well, with both discs slowly working up to their 'big room'-styled closers"[3]
