Ulrich Kons (born February 3, 1955) is a German rower who competed for East Germany in the 1980 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Greifswald.
In 1980 he was a crew member of the East German boat which won the gold medal in the eights event.
The East German coxed fours in Berlin Grünau 1982 from the left: Andreas Gregor (coxswain), Thomas Greiner, Hans Sennewald, Ulrich Kons, Ullrich Dießner
